All Refund or Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests placed after this timeframe will not be entertained, and Zuffaire shall not be held responsible.
2. Refund
Refunds will be processed only when:
Unstitched Fabrics remain untouched, uncut, and preserved in their original condition.
Fragrance Creations remain sealed, unopened, and untampered.
Any item that is stitched, altered, used, opened, or returned in compromised condition will not qualify. Refunds, once approved by our quality team, will be issued via the original payment method.
3. Exchange
Exchange requests are welcomed within the 3-day timeframe:
Unstitched Fabrics must remain unaltered and in original packaging.
Fragrance Creations must remain sealed and intact.
All exchanges are subject to availability at the time of request.
4. Late or Missing Refund
If your refund has not yet been received:
